Cancellation Policy

As a small business I rely on the good timing and organisation of my valued clients in order to keep my service bespoke and the best it can be.

Cancellations: I require 48 hours notice of a cancelled appointment; appointments cancelled outside of this time window will require a £10.00 fee before another appointment can be reserved. Two cancellations outside a 48 hour window will require payment in full before another appointment can be reserved.
