Pick up: Please arrive promptly for drop off and on time for collection. Upon drop off you will be given a time for collection; please note due to the nature of the work I carry out this will always be a rough guide as dogs are living creatures and can behave better for the groom some days than others.
Late pick-up fees
- From 15 minutes – 3 hours:£5.00
- From 3 – 6 hours:£10.00
- 6+ hours:£20.00and you will kindly be asked to find another groomer
These costs reflect the average price you would pay to have your dog in one-on-one daycare and the inconvenience caused to myself and my other clients who also deserve a one-on-one service.
