No shows: I understand things happen from time to time so I have tried to make my no show policy as fair as possible. One no show will result in a £10.00 fee payable before another appointment can be reserved, after two no shows (not necessarily consecutively) the cost of the missed appointment must be covered in full before any future bookings can be made, three or more no shows and you will be kindly asked to find another groomer as these are extremely damaging to small businesses.
