What to expect
From booking to collection

Book your appointment
Call, message or email to book. All appointments are secured with a non-refundable/ transferable deposit.
Cancellation Policy - 2
Health and safety form
All grooms are carried out after a health and safety form is signed.

Drop off
Please arrive promptly. Upon drop off you will be given a time for collection. Owners are not permitted to stay, as this distracts the dog and makes grooming more difficult.
Lateness Policy - 4
Consultation
Before each full groom I will consult with you about your desired result and how this can be achieved.

One to one
I work one to one with one dog at a time. Your dog will be focused on one at a time and not allowed to meet or interact with other dogs.

Collection
When the groom is finished you can collect them straight away. Collection times are a rough guide, as dogs can behave better for the groom some days than others.

Tell me about your dog when you book. I work one to one with one dog at a time, so your dog has my full attention, and I will only groom with your dog’s best interests in mind.
Get in touch- Brush daily between groomsAll dogs with fur need daily brushing to prevent matting.
- Treat any fleas firstPlease book after an infestation has cleared, to protect other dogs and our equipment.
- Arrive on timeMore than 15 minutes late and the appointment will be cancelled.
- Tell me about any mattingSeverely matted coats are clipped off for your dog’s welfare, at an extra cost. Take the coat check
- Anal glandsThese are now emptied by your vet, not the groomer.
- ParkingThere is free on street parking outside the salon.
